Refund Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused products in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, please email info@fofahaus.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

  • Custom  are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Exchanges may be offered if a product is available in stock.
     

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review your photos and offer a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
We take pride in our craftsmanship and packaging — if something went wrong, we’ll make it right.
 

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or card issuer).
 

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-printed or made-to-order shades

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Products showing signs of use or modification
