Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days after payment.
However, if a shade is out of stock or being freshly made, please allow up to 10 extra days for manufacturing (3D printing).
We’ll notify you if your order includes a made-to-order item or if production takes longer than expected.
 

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
We currently ship throughout the United States, using trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
 

3. Tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Please note that tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
 

4. Delivery Times

Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
Rural areas or weather delays may extend delivery time slightly.
 

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an item is marked as delivered by the carrier, FOFA Haus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this happens, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us — we’ll do our best to assist.

Currently, FOFA Haus ships within the U.S. only. We’re working toward expanding international options in the near future.
